eMail Extractor for Windows

Email address extraction tool

eMail Extractor is an email address extraction application for Windows and macOS. It turns documents, mailbox files, and copied text into organized address lists, saving you the work of finding and copying contacts manually.

Process plain text, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, HTML, RTF, and EML files. This makes it useful for consolidating addresses scattered across correspondence, subscriber records, and other documents.

Getting started is simple: drag files or folders into the application, drop text into its window, or paste content from the clipboard. You can also extract addresses from individual web pages by dragging and dropping their URLs.

eMail Extractor automatically removes duplicate addresses and produces a list of properly formatted email addresses. It can handle messy source files containing several addresses per line and supports common separators, including tabs, commas, colons, and semicolons.

A multithreaded engine and file queue help process multiple sources and entire folders efficiently. Customizable extraction settings and a rule editor let you refine which addresses are collected. Unicode and other text encoding support help the application read content from different sources.

Export the results for use in other applications, with options including vCard and Microsoft Excel formats. Whether you are consolidating customer contacts or recovering addresses from archived correspondence, eMail Extractor provides a straightforward desktop workflow for turning scattered information into a usable contact list.
